Please include the device make and model, a clear description of the issue, and any previous repair attempts. Photos of the device or damage are also helpful when available. Once we review your request, we will reply with an estimated quote, available repair options, and the next steps for sending your device in. Please do not ship any unlisted devices until we confirm that it is something we can service.
