 Please bring the device being repaired along with any accessories specifically requested during scheduling. 

Your appointment time is when your repair is scheduled to begin—not your device’s drop-off time. Your device must be dropped off at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You may also drop it off earlier, including before the appointment date.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact Device Drop at least two hours before your appointment. Customers who do not arrive, arrive after the scheduled appointment time, or fail to provide at least two hours’ notice will forfeit their appointment deposit.

A new deposit and appointment will be required to reschedule. Late drop-offs cannot be allowed to interfere with repairs reserved for other customers.
